B.T. Heavy Duty Core Saw

AN AUSTRALIAN MADE AND DESIGNED PRODUCT

Developed for demanding operators in remote areas who cannot afford downtime.

Our standard B.T. Bricksaw fitted with a core cutting attachment has been supplied to many companies in Australia and overseas - this has in most cases been sufficient.

The B.T. Heavy Duty Coresaw has been modelled around our popular 20" Blocksaw using many of the same components, but developed with specific components unique for this application to make it a truly dedicated saw for cutting cores.

We understand that these machines are used for extended periods and therefore have to be easy to use as well as comfortable. An appropriate operator standing and cutting position has been achieved, eradicating the need to lean over or crouch. Extended rails at the front of the saw allow the carriage to be returned to the operator for easy loading of the core away from the blade, and while cutting, the operator can move forward between the rails - there is no need for the operator to lean towards the blade.

COMPONENTS

Bearings and belts are of the highest quality. Pullies and all steel components are manufactured in our factory at Kirrawee, NSW with steel sources from ONESTEEL in Sydney.

MOTORS

We recommend 3 Phase 4kw (5HP) but we understand that 3 Phase is not always available. We can supply 240v 2.2kw (3HP) 15 AMP. Honda GX270 (9HP rating) is also a good option. Deisel engines can also be fitted on request.

SURFACE FINISH

The stand, base and core carriage are galvanised while all other components are electroplated.
